New clients please click on the gary button marked "New Clients" this will first direct you to our Client Intake Form as part of your account creation. This way your therapist has a chance to view your medical history and talior your appointment before you even walk through our door! After your Intake Form has been created and your account created you can book your appointment. Our Online Booking System is real time and is the fastest and most accurate way to schedule. 

 

Existing clients can click on the orange buttom below marked "Existing Clients Book Here" to book their appointment. Just enter in the same email and password to log in and book your appointment. We also strongly urge our existing clients to download the Mind Body app for even easier booking.
